Urban Cactus in Rotterdam.
While looking at a Pinterest page, I was surprised to see a photo of the “Urban Cactus.”
This was a proposed hideous monstrosity of a building that can still be found on some architecture websites.
Funny, that some people outside the Netherlands actually think that it was built. Much praise for it in fact.
